The 14th Annual Adult Retreat, sponsored by the four parishes in our cluster, will take place on ~ Wednesday, October 11, 2017. The retreat day will be at St. Clement Church and Hall at 14401 Madison Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Our speaker will be Fr. Thomas Blau OP. The day will include the speaker, the Liturgy of Eucharist and a hot catered lunch by Italian Creations. Cost is $12.00. Registration is due no later than October 6. The weekend of October 7-8 marks the Annual Blanket Sunday Collection to aid the needy. This collection is sponsored by the Diocesan St. Vincent de Paul Society. Due to lack of storage space, we will gratefully accept your donation and do the shopping for you, making money go even further with bulk purchases of blankets and other items needed by the homeless and disadvantaged. Sacred Heart Chapel Parish in Lorain hosted the districtwide event, which was attended by hundreds of people representing the parishes. Children's Liturgy of the Word

We are in need of adults to help with Children’s Liturgy of the Word. Please consider becoming a part of this ministry of sharing the gospel with our children. To volunteer or to get more information about the program please contact Toni Sabo at: jtsabo@att.net or 216-228-4168. The Children’s Liturgy will held during the 10:30 Mass. Children from 4 years of age to 4th grade will be invited to listen to the Word in kid-friendly language in the glass enclosed room at the back of the church. The Children’s lector will discuss the readings in an age appropriate manner as well as lead the children in prayer. The children will return to their parents at the offertory.
