About The Event
Talk #1: Marriage -- Transformed By Grace: Did you enter your marriage with expectations? While some things are the way we hoped, there may be areas of disappointment or sources of deep dissatisfaction and pain. So where should we turn with those unmet expectations? We turn to Christ. Nothing is hidden from his sight. Please join us for a taste of Walking with Purpose as we discuss how God has our best interests at heart and be ready to watch your marriage be transformed by His grace.
“See I am doing something new! Now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? In the wilderness I make a way, in the wasteland, rivers.” (Isaiah 42:19)
Talk #2: The Shepherd King - I Lead You with Care : Have you struggled with the thought that you are never enough? Jesus, the Good Shepherd, promised to lay down His life for us, to guide us, to carry us when we are weak. Please join us for an inspiring video and discussion about trusting God in the face of difficult circumstances.
No experience necessary, just come as you are for some coffee and see what Walking with Purpose is all about.
About the Studies Offered This Season:
Opening Your Heart, The Starting Point: This 22-week foundational course is designed for women who are new to
WWP as well as those with more Bible study experience. Join us as we examine the core questions that we wrestle with if we want to experience all that God has for us.
Beholding Your King: Beholding Your King integrates Scripture with the teachings of the Catholic Church to show us how all Scripture points us to our Redeemer, Jesus Christ. The second part of a two-party study of salvation history, Beholding Your
King is recommended for women who have completed Beholding His Glory.
Walking with Purpose is a women’s Catholic Bible study that aims to bring women to a closer relationship with Christ. Personal study and small group discussions at WWP each week link our everyday challenges with the solutions given to us through the teachings of Christ and the Catholic Church.
