About The Event
>>> Please note: Although this event is listed on the St. James website, Lakewood Alpha meets at St. Luke’s Catholic Church, 1212 Bunts Road, Lakewood. <<<
Alpha is a welcoming place to explore life, faith, and meaning; ask honest questions; and share conversation with others. Each evening includes time to connect, watch a short talk on life, faith and meaning, and discuss together.
Alpha is for practicing Catholics, people returning to faith, those exploring Christianity, people from other faiths, and people with no religious background. Whoever you are, there’s a seat for you.
The series meets Tuesdays, January 5 – March 16, 2027, from 7:00–8:30 p.m. We’ll gather in St. Luke's McBride Hall, on the lower level of the gym behind the rectory, beneath the green awning. Greeters will be there to direct you.
Substantial snacks and refreshments will be provided.
