WE GIVE CATHOLIC 2024: LET'S “RAISE THE ROOF!” - PHASE #1
You're invited to make a difference for St. James Parish on Giving Tuesday, December 3, from 12:00am to 11:59pm. (Early Giving: Nov. 14 through Dec. 2.)
PARTIAL ROOF REPLACEMENT on the north side of our beautiful church will begin in Spring 2025! Phase #1, partially financed by the sale of our school and rectory, includes: the selection of a project manager (done); a qualified assessment contractor (done); professional assessment work (done); the development of design drawings (done); the bidding process (done); and selection of the construction contractor (imminent). Phase #1 of the roof replacement will include work on the two transept roofs above the Blessed Virgin and St. Joseph side altars. Your generous gift to our #weGiveCatholic campaign will prevent further damage as we progress towards the future phases.
