The Lakewood Catholic Parishes invite you to spend an hour (or more) with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament during our 40 Hours Devotion, beginning Friday October 18 at 7p at St. Luke’s.
Why 40 Hours?
Since the 16th century there has been a long standing practice in the Church to recall the 40 hours that Christ spent in the tomb through the practice of Eucharistic Adoration.
In light of the Eucharistic Revival taking place across the country, we wanted to offer this opportunity to draw closer to Christ who is truly present in the Eucharist.
This Devotion will take place at St. Luke Church (1212 Bunts Rd., Lakewood) from Oct. 18 - 20. We hope you'll join us for this opportunity to draw closer to Christ.
