Over the years since the RCIA process was reinstated in the Church, there have been many reasons that someone decides to join the Church at a particular time. Perhaps they are engaged and their fiancé is Catholic; or, the children are preparing for the Sacraments and are beginning to ask questions of mom or dad; or, often a stirring in the heart has been growing over time and NOW seems to be the right time.
