The Sounds of Saint James concert series returns with Gems of the Baroque,
Sunday, October 30th at 4:00 PM at St. James Church, 17514 Detroit Avenue Lakewood,
Ohio.

You may not immediately recognize the word Baroque, but you know the music it describes! It is elegant, dramatic, uplifting, and intricate in its melodies. You have only to close your eyes and listen to the musical mosaics of Corelli, Vivaldi and more. Let the Violin, Viola, Cello and Guitar inspire you as they are joined by the Harpsichord and Theorbo, a lute of epic proportions! The sounds of these instruments is a rare treat indeed.
St. James Musical Director, Adam Chlebek once again pairs the musical arts with the beautiful architecture of St. James Church to bring you an afternoon of outstanding music, featuring the talented performers Clara Maguire (violin), Nik Divall (theorbo & guitar), Joia Findreis (viola), Maya Ridenour (cello) and Zachary Slotkin (harpsichord).
